Hey everyone.
This blog is going to be dedicated to my attempt at p90x. I can be a very strong-willed person when I put my mind to whatever I'm doing... however when it comes to my body image and exercise I tend to get easily discouraged. I'm hoping that with this blog I can gain some outside support to help me keep going.
Thank you in advance for any tips/comments you can give me. I hope to find other people who blog about their p90x experiences and so that we can help each other out in staying on track!

Weeks 1, 2, and 3:
Day 1 - Chest and Back + Ab Ripper X
Day 2 - Plyometrics
Day 3 - Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper X
Day 4 - Yoga X
Day 5 - Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X
Day 6 - Kenpo X
Day 7 - Rest or X Stretch
